Refund policy

At Metaphysics.SG, we strive to ensure that every item and service we provide meets our standards of authenticity, quality, and spiritual integrity. Due to the nature of spiritual products and services, our return and refund policies are outlined clearly below.

 

Returns for Physical Products

We accept returns for eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned with original packaging, certificates, and inclusions
  • Not have undergone any blessing, consecration, inscription, or ritual activation

Items that have been spiritually activated or customized cannot be returned.

Customers must contact us before returning any item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of spiritual products and services, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Blessed or consecrated items
  • Customized or commissioned spiritual items
  • Amulets or talismans that have undergone ritual activation
  • Ritual materials or consumables (oils, incense, candles, powders, etc.)
  • Digital products or spiritual reports
  • All spiritual services, blessings, or rituals

Once a blessing, ritual, or consecration has been performed, it is considered completed spiritual work and cannot be reversed or refunded.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange for:

  • A replacement item, or
  • Store credit where applicable

 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@metaphysics.sg
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items sent by us

Exchanges are subject to item availability.

 

Spiritual Services Disclaimer

Spiritual services such as blessings, rituals, consultations, and consecrations are spiritual and metaphysical in nature.

These services:

  • Are performed based on traditional practices and spiritual disciplines
  • Do not guarantee specific outcomes or results

Once a service has been performed, it is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.
