At Metaphysics.SG, every order is carefully prepared and handled with respect for both product quality and spiritual practices. Some items may require preparation or blessing before they are shipped.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For items that require blessing, consecration, or spiritual preparation, processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the nature of the service.
Customers will be notified if additional time is required.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to:
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Selected international destinations

Singapore
- 1–3 business days after dispatch
Malaysia
- 3-5 business days after dispatch
International Orders
- 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing

From time to time, Metaphysics.SG may offer free shipping promotions for selected products or order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Metaphysics.SG.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Metaphysics.SG is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The package
- The damaged item
We will review the case and assist with a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
